Next, our designer and production manager meet with you to take precise measurements and map out your custom design. Together, we’ll choose materials, finishes, and layout options that perfectly fit your lifestyle.

5. Preparation & Permitting

Our team secures any required permits or engineering work, schedules your dedicated crew, and ensures your home is protected before construction begins.

6. Construction & Craftsmanship

We handle everything — demolition, electrical and plumbing work, tile installation, and the fitting of semi-custom, all-wood cabinetry, vanities, fixtures, and finishes. Each detail is installed with precision and care.

7. Concierge Design Service
