Born and raised in New Orleans, Jim Miller has spent decades in the home renovation industry — and over the years, he saw too many contractors make promises they couldn’t keep.
Projects ran over budget, timelines stretched endlessly, and clients were left disappointed. Most of it came down to one thing: taking on more work than anyone could possibly deliver with care.
